Welcome to the Beta Theta Pi Leadership Development page. The majority of events hosted by the General Fraternity are coordinated by the Leadership Development Department.
The Leadership Development Department of Beta Theta Pi is dedicated to:
- Designing and implementing high quality educational programming that promotes consistent practice of the principles, obligations and values of Beta Theta Pi among collegiate members
- Developing leaders of integrity who enable positive action, accountability and personal development among members of their chapters, Greek communities and the General Fraternity.

The Miller Nichols Chapter Presidents Leadership AcademyPresidents learn to become more effective leaders, develop personal officer goals and design a framework for chapter success.
