Zeta Eta Chapter Events
Throughout the year, our members, alumni and guests partake in a number of events including an annual golf tournament, brotherhood activities and themed socials. Furthermore (and this goes without saying), we really enjoy Spartan football!
Zeta Eta is also active in Greek life and the San Jose State campus community with participation in various community service projects and philanthropies dedicated to helping those in need. These projects include a peer mentoring program at a number of high schools in San Jose and Vegielution - an urban farming project.
Every Fall, we host a philanthropy dedicated to raising money to fight breast cancer. Through this event, Zeta Eta helps fund breast cancer research, while at the same time, we help bring the San Jose State campus community together with a fun bowling event.

Beta Theta Pi Founding Day
On this day, the Fraternity of Beta Theta Pi was founded on August 8, 1839 at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Chapter will host a celebration dinner with brotherhood activities.

Fraternity Recruitment Begins
Formal recruitment is generally a two to three week process at the beginning of each semester hosted by the university and the San Jose State Interfraternity Council (IFC). Most fraternities will host events and provide the opportunity to meet members and learn about the organization's values. The Zeta Eta chapter will post it's recruitment schedule soon. Greek Week
A series of fraternity and sorority events hosted throughout the week of October 6 - 10 to foster Spartan Spirit. Events are managed through the office of Student Involvement.

SJSU Spartan Football Homecoming
Come out and bring your family to enjoy this year's Homecoming game versus the Aggies of Utah State. Highlights include a special halftime show by the Spartan Marching Band and introduction of the newly crowned Homecoming King and Queen. For ticket information, contact (408) 924 - 7589.
